Welcome Fans by AccorHotels picks up speed!

The first two successful episodes of Welcome Fans enabled fans from all over the world to enjoy a thrilling experience close to their favorite artists at the AccorHotels Arena. Now, the Group is extending the program to other sports and events partnerships. AccorHotels is reaching out to all fans, whatever their interests, with this range of unique experiences and exclusive content, and strengthening the bond it has forged with spectators across the board. The Welcome Fans program aims to heighten the emotions of fans around the world, by offering them the possibility of an even more thrilling experience at the greatest sports and cultural events. They can win access to an exciting program of events over the next few months through its three operations: #WelcomeFans, “Golden Ticket” and “Premiere”.   Save the date: the next episodes of #WelcomeFans are for Les Bleus fans and tennis aficionados!   AccorHotels, a partner of the French Football Federation since 2014, is launching a #WelcomeFans operation for the Netherlands vs. France World Cup 2018 qualifying match in Amsterdam next October 10. From September 29 to October 5, Football fans who didn’t manage to get tickets could try to win them by tweeting #WelcomeFans and mentioning the @AccorHotels_FR account, or by completing the online form on the website. Five lucky fans drawn by lots will be offered the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience, before, during and after the match, comprised of an all-inclusive ticket complete with round-trip transportation, accommodation and meals in an AccorHotels establishment, plus some tourism activities.   AccorHotels is also launching a #WelcomeFans operation for the BNP Paribas Masters at the AccorHotels Arena from October 29 to November 6. Two lucky participants will be drawn by lots. They will win tickets to watch the final from the unique comfort of La Terrasse AccorHotels, a 30m2 lounge right next to Central Court with sofas, arm chairs, TV screens, and a food and beverage service. The winners will be treated to a tea time meal during the day session and a cocktail dinner during the evening session. To win these tickets, Internet users are invited to express both their passion for tennis and their desire to attend this exceptional tournament on Twitter using the #WelcomeFans hashtag and mentioning the @AccorHotels_FR account. But that’s not all! The #Tweetyourseat operation will also enable other lucky fans to watch matches from La Terrasse AccorHotels twice a day. Spectators who already have seats will be able to tweet their seat numbers and try to win access to this exclusive space right next to Central Court. La Terrasse AccorHotels is another illustration of the Group’s “Feel Welcome” signature. This exclusive space is part of the Group’s ongoing efforts to scale up hospitality operations in the AccorHotels Arena. At the previous edition of the BNPPM, AccorHotels replaced the players bench with sofas.  This time, the Group is showcasing its hospitality expertise on another level and extending its welcome not only to players, but to the general public too.   Golden Tickets to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and “Premiere” access to presales and Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program benefits “Golden Ticket” enables fans with tickets to a show at the AccorHotels Arena to enjoy the event in exceptional conditions complete with private chauffeur, priority entrance and welcome reception in the AccorHotels Lounge. Fans who already have tickets to the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ concerts on October 15, 16 and 18, can fill in the online form and try to convert them into a Golden Ticket!   Finally, “Premiere” gives fans joining the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program access to exclusive ticket presales for all the events and as well as the full range of loyalty program rewards available in more than 3,400 hotels and 92 countries.   Hospitality across the board The Welcome Fans program is part of the AccorHotels partnership strategy which covers a wide range of sports and entertainment events, from cycling, football, tennis and golf to shows at the AccorHotels Arena.
